$25hr-$27hr We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical troubleshooting and customer support for mission-critical technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hardware, software, networking, and application support within a fast-paced technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and web
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently
• Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
• Support customers with outage notifications and escalations
• Maintain knowledge base articles and

FAQs Required Skills:

• Experience in Technical/Application Support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Windows OS, and Linux
• Networking experience with VLANs, VPN, DHCP, TCP/IP, Routers & Switches
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, SSL/TLS, and PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA A+,

CCNA, MCSE, Linux Certifications Education:

High School Diploma required; IT-related degree preferred.
