Salary Range:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Property and Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to help people and understand their needs. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Responsibilities Assist licensed agents in serving existing clients and developing new business. Learn about various insurance products and policy options. Respond to client inquiries and provide information about coverage. Help prepare quotes and policy documents. Build rapport with clients and understand their insurance goals. Support the agency's daily operations and administrative tasks.
