Associate Attorney

Seeking a candidate to take over a well-established law firm, practicing for over 40 years with well-established client base with many contacts in community. The Partners have been local Town/Village Justices, local municipal board members, Chamber of Commerce members, Youth coaches and more . Areas of primary practice include Elder Law, Estates and Trusts, Asset Protection, Social Security Disability, Commercial and Residential Real Estate. The Law firm presently has one attorney and three staff members, two paralegals and one receptionist/secretary. At one time had four attorneys, and seven staff members. The firm receives referrals from other law firms especially with regard to Social Security Disability. Social Security is a specialized field and current attorney willing to teach associate in that field as well as other areas of practice. This position is a perfect fit for one who wishes to live and work locally, have community involvement , have time for family and have opportunity to cash in on the experience and good will established by the firm . This position offers the opportunity to learn the practice of law , have an instant client base and have the chance to expand .

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
