You will work directly with partners on business and employment litigation, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

What You'll Do:

Lead Discovery :

Manage all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions. Advocate in

Court :

Regularly appear for hearings, mediations, and trials.

Client Ownership :

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, translating complex legal issues into actionable strategy.

What We're Looking For:

Litigation Experience :

Minimum 2 years prior litigation experience.

Writing Excellence :

Ability to craft persuasive, clear, and non-convoluted legal arguments.

Adaptability :

A \"skills-first\" mindset with an interest in learning new legal technologies.

Bar Admission :

Must be a member in good standing with the Ohio Bar.
