A dynamic private dental practice just outside of Murfreesboro, Tennessee area is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their team on a flexible schedule of 4 to 4.5 days per week. The ideal candidate would be an inspired clinician who is looking for a long-term dental family and a future opportunity to buy into the practice. With the investment this practice would like to make in their new associate, they are looking for someone who is patient-oriented and highly motivated to join their team and get started. The 3000 sq. ft. office is equipped with 6 operatories, with 3 being utilized as hygiene and 1 additional plumbed for potential future growth. The new associate will work out of a single operatory but may work from up to three operatories while checking hygiene on days when the owning clinician is out of the office. Compensation will depend on experience but will be a percentage of collections with possibility of a daily guarantee for a specified period of time.

Requirements:

Valid TN Dental License Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited school of Dentistry High work ethic and ability to work independently Would be nice to have experience with:

Pay:

$160,000.00 - $247,990.73 per year
