Associate Dentist OpportunityAdvanced Private Practice Restoration Dental is seeking an exceptional Associate Dentist to join a high-performance, technology-driven private practice focused on comprehensive dentistry, implants, cosmetic rehabilitation, and full-arch transformation. This is not a volume-driven corporate office. We are building a modern dental organization centered around clinical excellence, advanced technology, patient experience, and continuous growth. Our environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and designed for doctors who want to elevate their skills, confidence, and long-term career trajectory. We are looking for a dentist with a strong clinical foundation, at least 4 years of experience, and the ambition to grow into a high-level comprehensive clinician. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Florida dental license or ability to obtain one Minimum 4 years of clinical dental experience Strong foundation in comprehensive restorative dentistry Comfortable with diagnosis and treatment planning Experience with crown and bridge, restorative dentistry, and extractions Strong communication and patient relationship skills Interest in advanced dentistry and continued growth Positive attitude and team-first mindset Compensation Details will be discussed during the interview process.
