Associate Dentist - Part TIme Brookfield, WI 53045 Part-time Part-time Associate Dentist (Part-Time) - Brookfield, WI About the Opportunity Our client is a premier, high end private practice in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The Dentist/Owner runs a highly successful, patient-centric practice known for its clinical excellence, warm community reputation, and modern facility. This is an exceptional opportunity for a practitioner looking to step into a thriving, low-stress environment with an established patient base, strong administrative support, and complete clinical autonomy.
Position Highlights Location:
Brookfield, WI Schedule:
Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week. No weekends.Patient Base:
Well-established, loyal, and growing. Primarily Fee-for-Service and high-tier PPO (No Medicaid/HMO).Technology:

Work alongside a highly trained, efficient team of assistants and hygienists, allowing you to focus 100% on patient care. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including detailed diagnostics, restorative work, crown & bridge, and preventative care. Formulate comprehensive treatment plans while building trusting, long-term relationships with patients. Collaborate seamlessly with the hygiene and clinical support teams. Maintain accurate, compliant, and detailed electronic patient records. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited US dental school. Active, unrestricted Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility to obtain one). A compassionate, patient-first philosophy with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in general dentistry; advanced skills (e.g., endodontics, oral surgery, or clear aligners) are a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive daily guarantee transitioning to a lucrative percentage of collections/production (commensurate with experience). Malpractice insurance support.
