https://youtu.be/awKfsrRFQTk The Associate Director of Nursing coordinates operations within the nursing department for a caseload of buildings at the Shoreham ICF. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of nursing services in compliance with OPWDD and DOH regulations. Practices and promotes the agency's mission statement in every interaction.We offer you:

- Promote Citizens' mission through person-centered nursing leadership and care.
- Supervise nursing staff, staffing coverage, evaluations, hiring, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD, DOH, and ICF regulations and oversee nursing operations.
- Maintain 24/7 on-call nursing support for staffing and medical concerns.
- Collaborate with leadership and QA teams to improve medical care and outcomes.
- Participate in agency committees, meetings, and interdisciplinary communication.
- Support individuals and families by addressing medical concerns and care needs.
- Ensure workplace safety, infection control, and direct engagement with individuals receiving services.
We require:
NYS Registered Nurse License Minimum Bachelor's Degree Qualified and Valid NYS Driver's License 5 years of experience in clinical nursing working with the I/DD population (2 years of which are in a supervisory capacity, preferred).
