Associate General Dentist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our mostly fee for service dental practice.

We have two locations:

WIlton Smiles (Wilton, CT) and Fairfield Smiles (Fairfield, CT). The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. We are expanding our presence in the area. If desired, this position could lead to a partnership opportunity within 18 months.

Compensation:

daily minimum or 35% of production Duties Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions. Perform cosmetic restorations, implant restorations, fillings, extractions (optional), root canals (optional), Invislign (optional), and preventive care. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using Dentrix software. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide optimal patient care. Skills Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and effective communication. Strong treatment planning skills Knowledge of aseptic techniques to maintain safety standards in the clinical environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented practice.
