Associate Property Manager

We are seeking a detail oriented, hands-on individual to become a part of our family owned team! Candidate will assist Owners to provide first-class care for our client's private homes. We offer a flexible schedule so you can enjoy the many benefits of living in Southwestern Montana. Summer hours are 30-35 hours per week and winter/in season hours are 40 hours per week. If you can't sit behind a desk and like to have a varied schedule this is for you! Summers are a bit more relaxed so this can be the perfect part time summer gig or for the right individual this can be a full time position. Position located in Big Sky, MT.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of residences
• Recognize when appliance, boilers, furnaces, TV's, and music systems are not working correctly
• Over-seeing subcontractors
• House maintenance-may work in varied inclement weather. Tasks may include landscape work, vehicle & home cleaning, interior & exterior maintenance.
• Preparing houses for owner arrivals with a personal touch and attention to detail
• Closing down houses after departures
• Checking and treating hot tubs
• Shuttling cars

Qualifications:

Experience with home maintenance tasks Ability to multitask and prioritize Detail oriented is a must Ability to lift 50+ lbs Honest and reliable Ability to pass a criminal background screening Valid drivers license with clean driving record
