WHAT'S BREWING IN THIS

ROLE... The Associate, Supply Chain Distribution plays a key role in supporting and optimizing distribution operations across the 7 Brew network. This position is responsible for managing distributor communications, supporting inventory visibility across distribution centers, resolving supply and billing issues, and driving process improvements that help ensure stands receive the products they need efficiently and accurately. This role collaborates closely with distributors, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to maintain strong partnerships and support the continued growth of the 7 Brew brand.

THE FLAVOR YOU

ADD... Manage day-to-day communication with distribution partners and support issue resolution across the network Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key supply chain partners Coordinate and lead weekly calls and ongoing communication with distributors Monitor and manage inventory levels across distribution center networks Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within distribution and supply chain processes Communicate product changes, limited-time offers, and operational updates to distribution partners Audit invoices and collaborate with suppliers and distributors to resolve billing discrepancies Troubleshoot and resolve supply-related issues in a timely and effective manner Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence and product availability across stand locations Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and tracking of supply chain activities

MUST-HAVE

INGREDIENTS... Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered 1-3 years of experience in foodservice distribution, supply chain management, or a related industry Experience with inventory management, forecasting, demand planning, or distribution operations Familiarity with multi-channel foodservice distribution networks Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP or supply chain systems Ability to work collaboratively across teams while meeting deadlines and business objectives
