Asst Director of Alumni & Family Engagement

The Lebanon Valley College Office of Advancement seeks an assistant director of alumni & family engagement. The assistant director coordinates and manages activities related to expanding the College s network of alumni, current families and other supporters. The assistant director plans and executes opportunities (both in-person and virtually) to form strong connections between the institution and student families, from enrollment through graduation, and beyond. While reporting to the director of alumni & family engagement, the assistant director collaborates often with Development colleagues to implement programs, strategies, and charitable gift requests that support the College s comprehensive fundraising campaign. Qualifications include a bachelor s degree, 1 - 2 years relevant higher education, or not-for-profit engagement or experience, a valid PA driver s license and, availability for significant evening or weekend hours, and travel as necessary. The successful candidate should thrive being a part of a dynamic team but also work very well independently.
