Athletic Site Manager

JOB The site manager position in athletics will include responsibilities associated with the total organization of youth, adult athletic leagues, and special events. The position will assist with the administration and facility management of the athletic fields and facilities during departmental programming and facility rentals.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Responsibilities will include program administration, program supervision and evaluation, monitoring facilities, customer service,officeresponsibilities,specialprojectsneededforspecificareas,andresearch.

Abilitytocollaborate with other program areas within the Recreation Division, as well aswiththeParksDivision'sFieldMaintenance.

Otherrelatedwork is required.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

ADA and Other Requirements:

Positions in this class typically require climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.

Medium Work:

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Visual Acuity:

The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform one or more of the following: preparing and analyzing data and figures, accounting, transcription, computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects; small parts, operation of machines (including inspection using measurement devices), assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.

Working Conditions:

The worker is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside. The worker is required to wear eye protection, safety shoes, a hard hat, protective clothing, and hand protection.
