The AT&T Assistant leads the enrollment and account assistance of new customers. As an AT&T Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face of AT&T in Naperville and Chicago retail stores, helping our diverse community stay connected. Your focus on customer satisfaction will make you an invaluable part of our team. Role Requirements for an AT&T Assistant Approach retail guests with confidence, guide them through AT&T's wireless enrollment, and account assistance. Evaluate customer habits to recommend the most suitable Unlimited plan and highlight accessory opportunities. Protect customer trust by ensuring accurate and compliant enrollment processes. Collaborate with sales teams to curate displays and create a welcoming retail environment.
