Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and motivated attorney to join our team in Hawaii. You will work closely with our experienced staff, gaining valuable hands-on experience in real estate and transactional law. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Legal research, drafting documents, and preparing for closings and transactions. Appearances for hearings.
• Conduct due diligence on real estate matters, including title searches, property assessments, and contract reviews. Motion drafting and research.
• Prepare and file legal documents with relevant government agencies and courts.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously.
• Perform tasks as needed to support the legal team.

Requirements:

• Hawaii Bar required.
• Understanding real estate, civil, and transactional law principles.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
