As an Auction and Estate Sale Representative, you will be at the forefront of showcasing unique assets and estate items to a diverse clientele. Your energetic approach, combined with exceptional negotiation skills, will help maximize sales outcomes while providing outstanding customer service. This role offers a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and sales expertise will shine, enabling you to build lasting relationships and grow our client base through effective outreach and engagement. Duties Conduct outside sales activities by visiting potential clients, estate executors, dealerships, and other business partners to promote auction services and estate sales. Negotiate terms with clients, buyers, and vendors to secure favorable deals that maximize asset value. Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation through closing, ensuring consistent follow-up via CRM software to track progress. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract high-end buyers for estate items and auction lots. Support inventory management by cataloging assets accurately, maintaining detailed records of items for sale, and controlling inventory flow. Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage prospects, answer inquiries, and provide compelling presentations during public speaking opportunities. Upsell additional services such as appraisals, consignments, or premium auction packages to enhance revenue streams. Coordinate with internal teams on sales support activities, including organizing auction previews and managing logistics for estate sale events. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end retail environments with a focus on luxury or specialized assets. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively in a fast-paced setting. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases across different markets. Excellent organizational skills paired with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong public speaking skills for conducting presentations and representing the company at community events or auctions. Knowledge of marketing strategies, outbound sales techniques, and customer service best practices to foster long-term relationships.
