The role is onsite, providing essential audiological services to students in a collaborative, school-based environment. What we're looking for: Current licensure as an audiologist in South Carolina Audiology experience (schools setting a plus) Strong communication and organizational abilities A passion for supporting students' academic and social development Commitment to professional standards and collaborative practice Key responsibilities: Complete hearing screenings, assessments, and evaluations as needed Recommend and monitor amplification devices; troubleshoot issues for optimal function Interpret audiological results and relay findings effectively to students, families, and staff Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to develop and implement appropriate accommodations Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with all state and federal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning teams Working in an educational setting provides meaningful variety and the chance to see your impact firsthand every day.
