Authorization and Intake Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to support our Patient Intake and Insurance Authorization processes . This role helps ensure families have a smooth start to services and that authorizations are completed on time—keeping care moving without delays. What You'll Do Process new patient intakes and verify insurance benefits Communicate benefit info to internal team Assist with tracking and completing insurance authorizations Run reports for upcoming authorization expirations Coordinate with billing team on patient financial responsibilities What We're Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Clear communication and team mindset Healthcare or insurance experience preferred (not required) Position Details Part-time (15-25 hours/week) Flexible scheduling Works closely with our current intake & authorization specialist Why Join Us?
