RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Thoroughly examine the vehicle damages 2. Return the vehicle back to factory specifications 3. Remove vehicle trim to gain access to vehicle body 4. Can properly fill depressions with body filler and insure a quality repair 5. Able to remove damaged parts using power tools and cutting torch 6. Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using power tools and welding equipment 7. Straighten bent automobile frames using frame wrack 8. File, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools 9. Aim headlights 10. Replace bolts on panels and align properly 11. Make cosmetic repairs 12. Perform other duties as assigned by management 13. Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications 14. Able to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job

TOOLS REQUIRED

The shop provides large tools such as Welders, AC Machine, Floor Jacks, Car Lifts, and a Frame Machine. Employees are required to use their own tools such as Impacts, Wrenches, Socket sets, Clip Removers, E.C.T.
