DAYCARE TEACHER POSITION

Knowledge of childhood development stages and best practices in early childhood education. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred; relevant coursework in literacy education, math instruction, or physical education is advantageous.
