We are a high-volume, DRP-driven collision center actively seeking experienced Body Shop Body Technicians who know how to turn hours and deliver quality repairs. If you're tired of slow shops, parts delays, or inconsistent work, this is your opportunity.

Compensation & Incentives Flat Rate Pay:

Up to $28 per flat rate hour (based on experience and production)

Sign-On Bonus:

Up to $3,000 (paid based on tenure and performance) Production Bonuses available for high efficiency and quality workmanship Consistent workload from multiple insurance DRP relationships What You'll Do Perform body repairs including metal repair, replacement, and alignment Disassemble and reassemble vehicles according to repair plans Repair collision damage to OEM and safety standards Work closely with estimators and painters to keep jobs moving Maintain productivity while delivering quality repairs Follow DRP, OEM, and company repair procedures What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of body shop/collision repair experience (required) Proven ability to turn hours in a flat-rate environment DRP or insurance repair experience preferred Must supply own tools Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Motivated, dependable, and quality-driven Why Work Here Busy DRP shop = steady work year-round Strong parts flow and organized production process Modern equipment and clean shop environment Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Long-term career stability with a growing operation Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
