We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team.Job Summary:
- As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in repairing and restoring damaged vehicles. Your technical skills and attention to detail will help us maintain our high standards of quality and customer service. You will work closely with team members to assess vehicle damage, perform repairs, and ensure that each vehicle meets our safety and aesthetic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose vehicle damage accurately and efficiently.
- Perform repairs on auto body parts, including but not limited to frame straightening, panel replacement, and paint refinishing.
- Utilize various tools and equipment, including welding machines and paint sprayers, to complete repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on repair progress and address any concerns.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in auto body repair is a plus.
- Proven experience as an auto body technician or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair techniques and safety standards.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to auto body repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
