Build Your Future! Top Line Reconditioning is looking for vehicle detail associates full-time that want to learn, grow, and be the future of the business. Associates will learn the skill set to detail vehicles, learn management skills, safety programs, and work toward owning a piece of the company. This is a production style detail shop. Auto detailer is responsible for cleaning and restoring vehicles to pristine condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality detailing services. Key Responsibilities •

Interior and Exterior Cleaning :

Thoroughly wash, vacuum, and steam clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. •

Detailing Services :

Apply protective agents, waxes, and polishes to enhance and preserve the vehicle's appearance. This includes treating leather upholstery and deodorizing interiors. •

Inspection and Maintenance :

Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage, keeping accurate records of the vehicle's condition and detailing services performed. •

Use of Tools and Products :

Operate various cleaning tools and products, including buffers, and power washers, to achieve high-quality results. Skills and Qualifications Attention to

Technical Knowledge :

Familiarity with auto detailing techniques, products, and tools to effectively clean and polish vehicles without causing damage.

Physical Stamina :
