Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential, hotel, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and safe. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for everyone. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and general upkeep to uphold cleanliness standards. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Familiarity with laundry procedures and sanitation practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Experience with janitorial or custodial responsibilities preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Basic understanding of safety protocols related to sanitation and cleaning chemicals.
