Auto Dismantler

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dismantler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for disassembling various types of vehicles, ensuring that all components are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both power and hand tools. This position is crucial to our operations, as it contributes to the recycling and repurposing of materials. Responsibilities Dismantle vehicles and equipment using appropriate tools and techniques. Safely remove parts while ensuring minimal damage to components for resale or recycling. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete dismantling tasks. Conduct inspections of dismantled parts to assess their condition and functionality. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document dismantled parts accurately for inventory management. Experience Proven experience in vehicle maintenance or mechanical work is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools such as torches, saws, drills, and wrenches. Familiarity with hand tools and their proper usage in dismantling processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines meticulously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
