The Role Installs electrical components and assembles into control cabinets, electrical and industrial equipment, and related industrial apparatus according to drawing packages.

Layout the electrical back panel for component installations according to the electrical drawing set. Drills and T& D holes in specific locations for mounting control units using hand power tools. Terminates wires to all components for low voltage applications. Installs back panel into cabinet. Terminates wires from cabinets to machines as required. Responsibilities Basic panel layout and assembly Construction of Electrical Subassemblies and cables Read and understand electrical schematics (ladder diagrams) and mechanical layouts. Process a good understanding of electrical components. Affix terminals and wiring to panel as directed by project drawing schematic and customer specific practices. Select appropriate wire gauges based on drawings, customer specific practice and component manufacturer and circuit requirements Utilize labeling systems to create wire terminals and component tags. Affix as directed by project drawing. Adhere to Cnduit specific practices regarding tag design and location. Identify defective components and inconsistencies in drawings. Alert electrical designer or Supervisor in a timely manner so that appropriate corrective action can be taken. Arrange shop inventory/stock in an orderly fashion. Utilize materials as needed and replace excess materials at project completion. Perform a final review of wiring termination and control panel component installations. Communicate all questions and concerns that could affect project outcome to the supervisor as soon as possible. Adapt to production schedule changes as instructed to assure customer delivery schedules and expectations are met. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Present Cnduit with the highest standard of professional conduct when interacting with employees and community. Adopt CNDUIT culture and core values. Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills Demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize work Positive attitude day in and day out Excellent communications skills and ability to work well with others Ability to work well under pressure Work effectively with minimal supervision Be a reliable team player Marijuana product knowledge and passion a plus Have a strong service and quality focus. Address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand root cause, then communicate/educate team in a timely manner Additional Requirements You must be 21 years of age or older to apply Must be able to work overtime as needed Multi-State Plane Travel Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. Physical Demands - Must be able to: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Pushing up to 75 lbs. using equipment Sit for extended periods Squatting, kneeling and some ladder use
