Machinery and Automation Technician, this position is responsible, for the output, operation and maintenance of automation equipment and machinery.
Location :
Erda, UT Duties and Responsibilities:
Installation:
Install and configure electrical and electronic systems according to project specifications Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Perform FAT to validate the functionality of machinery and equipment against design requirements
System Upgrades:
Upgrade electrical and electronic systems to enhance performance and incorporate new features
Design Assistance:
Support the engineering team in designing electrical and electronic equipment that meets customer needs
System Analysis:
Analyze system performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose complex system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
Technical Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system assembly and operation.
Maintenance Quality Performance:
Ensure the consistent quality performance of electrical systems through regular maintenance, calibration, and testing to meet operational standards.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect electrical systems to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
Training and Standards Development:
Train machine operators on the proper use of electrical and electronic systems and develop maintenance standards to ensure long-term system reliability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Control or Industrial Engineering, a plus 4 years of experience on corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance in equipment and automated machinery, as a field service technician or in a production plant. This experience must include handling, operation and troubleshooting on Pick and Place, Dispensing and Screwing. Also includes Vision Control system understanding and programming. Robotics arms use for welding, material handling and assembly.
