Full Job Description Description:
Experienced Dealership Controller Wanted Larson Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Automotive Controller to oversee accounting operations across multiple dealerships within a stable, growing dealer group. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with dealership accounting experience who wants greater responsibility, leadership visibility, and long-term career growth. What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee accounting operations across multiple rooftops Ensure accurate month-end close and financial reporting Manage OEM financial statements and manufacturer reporting Monitor reconciliations, schedules, and cash flow Oversee contracts in transit and deal flow processes Maintain internal controls and accounting compliance Lead and support a 20+ person accounting team Partner with leadership on financial performance and reporting What We're Looking For Prior Automotive Controller or Dealership Accounting Manager experience required Strong dealership financial and OEM reporting knowledge Ability to lead and develop accounting staff Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable leadership style Multi-store experience preferred but not required What You'll Get $105,000

Requirements:
Prior experience in retail automotive dealership accounting management is required. Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, general ledger accounting, and manufacturer reporting. Experience managing cash flow, floor plan reconciliation, and tax computations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor staff. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and dealership management systems (DMS) . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment . To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
