Automotive Dismantler

Y-Yard Auto & Truck, Inc. is an automotive recycling facility specializing in quality recycled OEM parts for wholesale and retail customers. Our mission is to provide the best customer experience- one part at a time. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong mechanical experience who enjoys working on vehicles, solving challenges, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for an experienced mechanic who is tired of flat-rate pay, constant diagnostics, and dealing directly with customers.

What You'll Do :

Dismantle late-model vehicles (10 years old or newer) Remove and prepare parts for warehouse storage or customer sales Remove engines, transmissions, transfer cases, carriers, and drivetrain components Drain and properly dispose of environmental fluids Assist with drivetrain repairs and occasional welding Work closely with a strong team focused on quality and productivity What We offer: Starting pay at $25/hour Incentive- based pay opportunities with earning potential over $30/hour Paid time off Paid holidays Paid uniforms 401(k) Health insurance Stable Monday-Friday schedule No customer interaction No automotive diagnostics Great team enviornment What We're Looking For Strong mechanical background Ample personal tool supply Postitive attitude and strong work ethic Proven performance and reliability Detail-oriented and observant Apply Today!
