Automotive Finance Manager

SUMMARY Koons Motors, Inc. is seeking a top level experienced F&I Manager to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Finance Managers main responsibility is to manage the financial transaction during the purchase process for each customer. This candidate is responsible for developing a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration. Work directly with the sales team and customers to assist in the financial buying process. Consult and sell finance & insurance warranties. Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title and registration work and secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner. Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments, several finance sources, manufacturers and otherwise. Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals. Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale. Track portfolio with lenders. Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turn around on all deals. Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals. Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of 4 years of F&I experience in the automobile industry. Reynolds and Reynolds proficiency a must. Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to work within a fast paced environment Valid driver's license
