Home Care CNA Role:

Key Responsibilities As a Home Care CNA, you will support

Instrumental and Activities of Daily Living:

Personal Care Support :

Help clients with their morning or evening routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Meals & Nutrition :

Help with eating and meal prep.

Companionship :

Engage clients and provide compassionate redirection to clients with dementia.

Mobility :

Assist clients with getting in and out of bed, moving safely around the house, and doing simple stretches or exercises.

Team Communication :

Partner with our nursing team to follow a care plan and communicate updates in clients' needs. Must-Have Qualifications Requirements for this CNA opportunity include: Active CNA license in Maryland Current CPR and BLS certification Valid Maryland driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation Compassionate, clear communicator Why Interim HealthCare?
