Automotive Mechanic: Full-Time ($28-$35/hr)

We operate a state-of-the-art maintenance facility and offer competitive pay and benefits. Position Overview We are seeking experienced, full-time Mechanics to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of service vehicles, including Ford F-250 pickup trucks.

Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•4:30

PM Pay:

$28•35 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and light mechanical repairs on a diverse fleet of service vehicles Diagnose mechanical issues and ensure all vehicles are safe and operational Conduct routine inspections and document findings Maintain accurate service and repair records Communicate vehicle status and repair needs with team members and management Follow all safety procedures and best practices Collaborate with team members and assist as needed Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of mechanical experience (with verifiable certifications and references) Experience working on service vehicles (Ford experience preferred) Class A or Class B mechanic classification Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (3+ years driving experience) High school diploma or GED Must own your own tools (wiring/electrical experience is a plus) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Skills & Requirements Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency with shop equipment, power tools, and diagnostic systems Solid understanding of vehicle safety standards and procedures Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members and other departments Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb regularly Frequently lift and/or move up to 60 lbs Use of hands for tools and equipment, with clear vision and hearing required Certifications Valid driver's license required Verifiable mechanic certifications preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short•and long-term disability coverage Critical illness and accident coverage
