Automotive Sales Consultant (Dealership Experience Required)

Shearer Volkswagen | South Burlington, VT Join Vermont's largest Volkswagen dealer, Shearer Volkswagen. We are hiring an experienced automotive sales professional who can plug in quickly. Uncapped commission and a consistent schedule. We will train you on Volkswagen product and our store tools. Established dealership with steady customer traffic. Compensation We offer two pay plan options:

Commission Plan:

Uncapped earning potential tied directly to production Salary +

Bonus Plan:

$1,155 per week base salary plus bonuses for vehicle sales and performance Typical earnings range: $65,000-$100,000+ depending on production. High performers can earn well above the typical range based on results. Most experienced sales professionals choose the commission plan for maximum earning potential. Schedule Full-time, in person Scheduled about 42 hours per week (includes a 30-minute lunch) One consistent weekday off (same day every week) plus Sundays off Why Shearer Volkswagen We respect your process and do not micromanage if you produce and follow compliance What You Will Do Run the full sales process from greeting to delivery using a consultative, needs-based approach Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives Present product features and payment options, and set up a smooth handoff to Finance for menu presentation Comfortably introduce protection options during the sales process to support Finance and improve the customer experience Work a CRM with disciplined follow-up, appointment setting, and pipeline management Meet monthly sales and customer experience goals

What You Bring Required:
