Based out of South Burlington, Vermont. Food trucks travel within a radius of 50 miles as demanded by events.

Positions Available:

Cook Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications. Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner, meeting our high-quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Follow all health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.

Qualifications:

Prior cooking experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred). Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team. 2.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area. Ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Assist in basic kitchen prep when needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Previous experience in a dishwashing role (preferred). 3. Cashier /

Front of House Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders and process payments accurately. Ensure a clean, welcoming environment in the front-of-house area. Assist with managing customer expectations during busy periods.

Qualifications:

Previous cashier or customer service experience (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations. 4.

Food Prep Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing ingredients for cooking and assembling dishes. Help with organizing and maintaining inventory of ingredients. Ensure all prep work is done according to food safety guidelines. Assist cooks with food preparation during busy times.

Qualifications:

Previous food prep or kitchen experience (preferred). Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. General Team Member (Flexible Position)

Responsibilities:

Assist in various areas, including cooking, prepping food, dishwashing, and front-of-house support as needed. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth operation. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficiency and cleanliness. Handle special tasks as directed by supervisors.
