Automotive Sales Manager

Fast paced imports dealership is seeking a sales manager to round out our talented team. This position is for those who want a fast-paced environment and do not like to just sit in an office. We need a manager who is able to effectively manage the sales floor by being actively involved in all deals and coaching the sales team. If you have a desire to help others grow and develop, and you are tired of not making a good living, we will be a great fit for you We require two or more years of experience as an automotive import sales manager or two or more years as an automotive import finance manager and at least five years automotive sales experience is required. Candidates should have an impressive track record of documented performance as well as great customer service. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-first environment is crucial.

Job Responsibilities:

Desking and closing deals Sales consultant development Daily one on one training with salespeople Inventory management

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail A team player with ability to work well with others Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an import automotive sales manager or two (2) years of experience as an import automotive finance manager. Minimum of five (5) years of automotive sales experience Documented track record of performance Self-starter with proven track record Valid driver's license and clean driving record Background check and drug screen Must be proficient in both CDK and VAuto Experience in Vin Solutions and MDesking is preferred

Pay:

$130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
