RESPONSIBILITIES
Proficient at closing deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of bank programs helps Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position Leads a team of well-trained salespeople Works on training staff on closing skillsREQUIREMENTS
Maintains an expert level of product knowledge. Familiar with DealerTrack DMS. Has a commitment to customer satisfaction and must maintain acceptable CSI scores for the OEM. Understands CRM software and is well trained on all software related to our industry. Familiarity with Vin Solutions is preferred. Excellent closing skills. Excellent knowledge of bank programs. Knowledge of dealership sales and finance processes. Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills. HIgh level of intensityJob Type:
