Automotive Sales Manager/Finance Manager 330 Transit Road, Columbus, WI 53925 Full-time Full-time Napleton Ford - Columbus, WI The Napleton Automotive Group is a family-owned, top-30 U.S. dealer group with rooftops across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida. We have been selling and servicing cars for more than 90 years. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and maximize profitability. Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring a customer-focused environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Desk/Work Deals Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop data-driven strategies. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
