$50k-$60k+ (Based on Productivity) $18/hour + 1% GP (Paid Monthly) We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Kyle, TX . This position is ideal for a motivated advisor with strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage workflow in a busy shop. Compensation & Incentives $18/hour (Paid Weekly) 1% Gross Profit once sales exceed $20,000 Earning potential of $50k-$60k+ annually , based on productivity Advisor commission structure rewards performance and consistency Schedule Variable schedule of 10-hour days 42 hours per week (includes 2 hours of overtime ) Designed to support work/life balance Key Responsibilities Writing and presenting estimates Ordering parts, handling cores and defects Inventory control Scheduling and managing shop workflow Communicating clearly with technicians and customers Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process Driving sales while maintaining trust and professionalism Qualifications Proven track record as a Service Advisor Strong selling and closing skills Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Excellent customer communication skills Comfortable with phone and computer systems Tekmetric experience is a plus

Target ARO:
