This position offers $35-$50 per flagged hour, a $750 weekly guarantee, productivity incentives, and earning potential up to $100,000 annually. Technicians can focus on diagnostics and repairs without being responsible for parts ordering, estimate writing, or service advising duties. The shop also emphasizes ongoing training and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles. Perform strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting work. Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs). Handle assigned repairs from start to finish. Maintain flat-rate productivity while delivering quality workmanship. Communicate and collaborate effectively with the service team. Focus on vehicle diagnostics and repairs without responsibility for ordering parts, writing estimates, or performing service advising duties. Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience. A-Level or strong B-Level automotive technician skill set. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Proven ability to consistently flag hours and maintain productivity. Experience working on domestic and import vehicles. ASE certifications are a plus. Tekmetric experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits $35-$50 per flagged hour based on experience, skill level, and productivity. $750 per week guaranteed. Productivity incentives paid on top of the guarantee.
