Automotive Service Advisor - Land Rover

Land Rover Wilmington is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team of professionals in our busy Service Department! 3+ years of experience is required! The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR

Generate service repair orders Motivate Service Technicians Close out customer invoices Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills Verifiable Customer Satisfaction Index track record Make recommendations based on time and mileage Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
