Larson Volkswagen of Tacoma is seeking a Service Advisor for a busy, established service department with strong customer retention and consistent workflow. This is a performance-driven advisory role where success depends on CSI performance, communication quality, and accurate service recommendations—not just volume. What You Can Expect $61,000- $100,000 annual earning potential (CSI and performance-based) Commission pay structure tied to RO parts/labor and CSI tier
Commission Pay Plan:
4.75% of RO parts & labor (CSI below zone) 5.25% (CSI above zone) 5.5% (Top 10% CSI) Tiered CSI-based earning potential (up to 5.5%) Consistent service volume and repeat customer base Experienced technician and leadership support team Advancement into senior advisor or service management roles What You Will Do Manage customer interactions from drop-off to delivery Write accurate and detailed repair orders Present maintenance and repair recommendations professionally Coordinate workflow with technicians and parts department Maintain high CSI through communication and transparency Manage multiple repair orders in a structured environment What We're Looking For Prior Service Advisor or Service Writer experience strongly preferred Proven ability to maintain CSI performance standards Strong understanding of dealership service workflow Comfortable presenting service recommendations confidently Highly organized and detail-oriented Important Expectations This is a CSI-driven advisory role , requiring: Consistent communication with customers Strong follow-up habits Accuracy in repair order writing Ability to manage multiple high-priority customers daily Benefits and Perks Medical coverage with a $0-cost plan option for employees Optional Vision & Dental Insurance Company-Paid Life ($10,000) & AD&D ($40,000) Insurance Supplemental Life & AD&D, Long-Term Disability, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- confidential, no-cost support KOFE Financial Wellness Program with budgeting and personal finance tools 401(k) with company match (eligible after 60 days) Paid Time Off (accrual begins on day one, usable after 90 days) Six paid holidays per year (hourly employees) Employee Vehicle Purchase Program

Requirements:
Provide above average Customer Service. Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary. Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations. Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude. Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to take direction well. Clear and concise communication skills Highly organized To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
