Automotive Service Department Manager

Transitowne Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Elma is looking for a Service Manager to manage all aspects of our busy service department. This is a high-level management position with high level access including financial data. Candidate must have working automotive service department experience in western New York. Ideal Candidate would have strong customer and employee communication skills and proven track record with automotive service departments. Performance incentivized pay plan with Executive Compensation. Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities Organize work flow to deliver quality work efficiently and timely Hire, schedule, motivate and reward technicians and service advisors. Handle and resolve client complaints Communicate effectively with clients about needed automotive maintenance and repairs Contribute to the training and development of technicians and service advisors. Keep a clean and organized shop

Automotive Service Manager Qualifications:

Strong client service skills in service and repair Proven experience in automotive service departments. Must have good technical aptitude or experience as technician Valid Driver's license High School Diploma/ GED Must pass drug screen
