T & A Auto Service & Supply is a specialized full service repair shop in Sioux Falls, SD. We are growing, customer focused, dedicated to the automotive industry and the way customers are taken care. Mark and his team go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of and understand what exactly is going on with customers vehicles. We are looking for someone with a can do it all attitude. Someone that doesn't need to be micromanaged. Can keep a clean workspace and not be babysat. RATE HOUR

depending on skills and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance services
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair options
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
• Have a positive can do attitude.

Qualifications:

• Can do attitude
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
• Experience with air conditioning repair is a MUST
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple tasks at once
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
