We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of technician experience who can come in, build relationships with our customers, learn our policies & procedures and help us to continue the growth of our business. This person needs to have strong communication skills, verbal and written, desire to take care of our customers and the team and understand the importance of relationships. Although not required for hire, having/obtaining an ASE Certification will be a requirement of employment. Paid training is provided. South Valley is a full service shop offering repairs, maintenance, tires, alignments, oil changes and fleet services. We are the only Napa Gold AutoCare facility in Lane County. We are family owned and operated, when you work for South Valley you become part of a team and the family. Pay is dependent on experience. Job is compensated with a base pay plus bonus on billable hours. Knowledge of Tekmetic & Mitchell Pro Demand are a plus. Currently our Apprenticeship program is full, we are seeking an experienced technician for this opening.
