Our pay plans are among the most competitive in the industry — earning up to $300,000 annually , plus a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 after six months for candidates with luxury sales experience.

Work with one of the Top Mercedes Benz and Sprinter Dealerships in the Tri-State Area, featuring 200+ pre-owned vehicles on-site and over 3,000 available across our network. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and test drives.
• Accurately capture customer data and manage leads in our CRM.
• Maintain strong follow-up practices and build lasting client relationships.
• Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, and manufacturer incentives.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology to identify and engage potential buyers.
• Comply with all licensing requirements and dealership policies. What We're Looking For
• Proven customer service and follow-up skills
• Strong communication abilities — both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly motivated
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team spirit
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
• Valid driver's license and ability to relocate to Little Silver, NJ before start date

Schedule :

Monday-Saturday with one weekday off.
