We are a busy 8 bay shop in the Western Metro and are having a hard time keeping up with our workflow. We are looking for a self-motivated detail-orientated technician. In this role you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical components. Conduct routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues Clearly communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors or customers Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications Keep accurate records of services and repairs performed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic Strong knowledge of vehicle system and diagnostic procedures Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively ASE certification (preferred but not required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Having a good attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and performance Opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement Modern, well-equipped shop with up-to-date tools and technology Supportive team environment Benefits package (health insurance, paid time off, retirement options, etc) Why Join Us?
