Full-Time/ DIRECT HIRE IQ Resource Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative in Hopkins, MN! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a strong mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with technical product information, building customer relationships, and managing the full quote-to-order process with accuracy and ownership. Responsibilities Enter customer orders and prepare accurate quotes Perform quote follow-ups, analysis, and maintain ownership through completion Investigate and resolve customer issues related to deliveries, product quality, and lead times Negotiate pricing with customers and vendors Assist with customer returns and documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors Provide technical and non-technical support regarding equipment use, operation, and maintenance Communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Qualifications Entry-level candidates: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience required Experienced candidates: 5-7 years of inside sales or related industry experience required High School Diploma or GED required Strong mechanical aptitude is

REQUIRED

(Examples include: gears, gearboxes, bearings, motors, and similar mechanical components) Must understand basic mechanical and power transmission concepts, including: Difference between a V-Belt and a synchronous belt and Difference between a chain drive and a belt drive.
