Automotive Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Technician, you will work with the experienced professionals already on our team, gaining experience while contributing to our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities Assist in performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various automotive tasks. Support other technicians in auto repair and automotive service. Participate in vehicle repair ensuring adherence to safety standards. Conduct mechanical repairs including engine and transmission work. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Help with heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as needed. Document work performed accurately and maintain records of services completed. Skills Having own tools needed to work on daily tasks. Experience in auto repair, vehicle maintenance, or automotive service is necessary. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive attitude in the automotive field is needed. NYS Inspectors license is preferred.
