Highland, IL Full Job Description Are you a skilled Automotive Technician looking for a Monday through Friday schedule with a dealership that will invest in your future? We are actively seeking an A or B Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Highland, IL. While this role is for our Ford store and Ford experience is our top preference, we are highly open to strong candidates with Ford backgrounds. If you have a proven track record of quality repairs and a great work ethic, we want to talk to you!What We Offer:

We provide all standard shop tools and Ford-specific specialty tools (technicians must provide their own standard roll-around toolbox and hand/air tools).What You Will Do:
You will perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance on light and medium-duty vehicles, including: Advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics. Engine repairs and full replacements. Factory software updates and recall campaigns. Steering, suspension, and brake repairs. Routine maintenance and multi-point inspections.Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive repair experience (Dealership or high-volume independent shop preferred).OEM Background:
Ford experience is highly preferred, but strong GM or other domestic OEM experience is heavily considered.Vehicle Scope:
Experience with light and medium-duty vehicles is preferred (we do not see a large volume of heavy-duty trucks).Tools:
Must possess your own tools and toolbox suited to your experience level.Drive:
