Phoenix, AZ. Job Duties As our Service Repair Superintendent, you will be responsible for the profitable operation of a Branch Office Repair Business. This includes the direct supervision of all related repair activity, union and non-union personnel, as well as accomplishing goals for quality and customer satisfaction. You will bring 3+ years of progressive and successful experience in the elevator or related industry to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through a minimum two-year college level degree and/or equivalent combination of technical and management experience in elevator/escalator or related industry. Other Listed Duties Coordinate repair scheduling and communicate with customers and service teams, including rescheduling and maintaining accurate records of all work. Oversee repair operations, perform equipment surveys, assess component replacement needs of vertical transportation equipment, conduct field safety process audits, verify and approve time tickets, and close out jobs on a monthly basis. Ensure compliance and project completion by prioritizing repairs, addressing safety and contractual obligations, and submitting required confirmations after resolving violations or deficiencies. Other Hiring requirements Travel regularly within the service area (including occasional overnight stays) and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied environments. Interpret and analyze technical documents, construction drawings, schematics, business procedures, and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively through written reports, correspondence, and presentations to managers, clients, and the public. Apply mathematical and problem-solving skills to real-world situations, including interpreting data, making decisions, and resolving complex issues with limited standardization. The hiring range for this role is $115,400 - $151,410. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
